How do I wear them?

We recommend you wear your jewelry 24 hours a day. This way you experience continuous benefits. Because each person wears magnets for different reasons and each person and problem are unique, wearing schedules and time lines for improvement may vary greatly. Many of our customers report improvement within minutes, while others take 2 weeks to a month. Most people are somewhere in the middle with the average being 3 to 5 days. Once you have experienced the results you desire you can decide how much you want or need to wear your jewelry to continue to experience an improved quality of life.

After you have worn our jewelry for two weeks to a month, if you find that your symptoms are improved but not eliminated, you may want to call and order a second piece. In many ways magnets are like medicine in that some people can take a single aspirin to relieve a headache while others need prescription strength medicine for the same problem. About 25% of our customers need a second piece of jewelry.

Our magnets are rocks and water will not hurt them. We do however recommend you take your jewelry off to shower or bath as soap scum sticks to everything. We also recommend that you take them off when swimming as chlorine can damage the clasp. If you work in a strenuous job where you could accidentally knock your jewelry off, we recommend that you use a strap that will prohibit the clasp from coming apart. We personally use small electrical tie straps (zip ties), but we know of people that have used a bread tie or even dental floss.

If you have ever worn or read about other magnets you will likely find that our recommendations for use are very different. All our jewelry includes triple strength or super power magnets that are significantly stronger that the magnets that most people sell. Our jewelry is also put together in a way that insures that most people get all the strength they need from one piece of jewelry. You will find that we make jewelry two ways: one is 100% magnetite and the other is magnetite with the colored stones of your choosing. When we add color to a piece, we never add more than 3 sets of color because every time you add a piece of color you have to take a magnet out. We see that our jewelry is beautiful, but we don't make it to be worn for beauty, we make it truly for its therapeutic value.
