We ask that you wear your magnets 24 hours a day for 2 to 4 weeks. If you do not get the results you desire mail them back to us with a copy of your sales receipt and we'll refund the purchase price. We do not refund shipping and handling charges nor do we refund the cost of earrings or jewelry used on animals.
